We’ve been using PaperTrl for a few months now, the system is easy to access, and we have not experienced any down time.  PaperTrl easily uploads vendor invoices for internal approvals.  Using Papertrl has impacted our Accounts Payable department in the following ways: vendor invoices don’t get lost in employee emails, vendor invoices get submitted one time directly into PaperTrl, and vendor invoice approvals are stamped on front of each invoice for easy viewing.
