Nadika Aluwihare
Chief Executive Officer and President Nadika Aluwihare is an energetic, hardworking leader whose vision and dedication have led to the success and transformation of SDC. Throughout his career, Nadika has streamlined and grasped nearly every operational department, including business development, contracts management, accounting, and strategic planning. With this experience, he has helped to transition and transform SDC from a firm focused on historic preservation and design build to one now providing facilities support services, environmental services, business consulting, and software development to a multitude of clients.
After graduating from college in Texas, Nadika has been working in Maryland for over a decade.

Bruce Reynolds
Senior Vice President and Operations Manager, Bruce Reynolds has over thirty years of operations and project management experience providing services for both private sector and government clients. He has managed over 500 construction, environmental, radiological and facilities projects both within the continental US and in 22 different countries. His technical expertise includes all aspects of construction management, environmental investigation and remediation, radiological site investigation and reactor decommissioning, and industrial hygiene support. Bruce has a degree in Chemistry and is a former Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer.

Ashley McKay Pittman
Project Manager, Quality Control Representative, and Superintendent, Ashley McKay-Pittman has over 15 years of experience in the Construction industry. She has experience in multiple aspects of projects such as business development, estimating, scheduling, field representation, and project management. She has an Associate’s in Construction Management and certificates in Introduction to Construction Methods, Construction Project Controls, and an Advanced Certificate in Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning & Energy Technology (HVAC). She also obtained numerous certifications in safety and other construction practices. Ashley is always eager to learn more and pursuing more certifications to enhance her knowledge of Construction.
