Since 2017, SDC has been working with Tidewater as a subcontractor and JV partner in performing preventative and corrective maintenance for Navy Operational Support Center facilities located in Ohio in support of NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, PWD Great Lakes. Spanning multiple contracts, the work includes various building systems (HVAC including Boilers/Chillers, lighting, UPVs, Generators, VTE, Compressed Air Systems, WHE, Fire Protection, Kitchen Equipment, and Elevators).
