SDC provides Facility Investment Services for the 81st Regional Support Command Regions D and J which includes programmatic and logistical support; as well as field support services for the real property inventory/tagging, HVAC and general maintenance support including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry services.
Since 2017, SDC has been working with Tidewater as a subcontractor and JV partner in performing preventative and corrective maintenance for Navy Operational Support Center facilities located in Ohio in support of NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, PWD Great Lakes. Spanning multiple contracts, the work includes various building systems (HVAC including Boilers/Chillers, lighting, UPVs, Generators, VTE, Compressed Air Systems, WHE, Fire Protection, Kitchen Equipment, and Elevators).
SDC with our subcontractor and joint venture partner Tidewater performs preventative and corrective maintenance for Army Reserve facilities located in California in support of the US Army’s 63rd Readiness Division. Spanning multiple contracts, the work includes various building systems (HVAC including Boilers/Chillers, lighting, UPVs, Generators, VTE, Compressed Air Systems, WHE, Fire Protection, Kitchen Equipment, and Elevators).
SDC performs fuels and tank maintenance and repair work under multiple contracts at multiple US Embassies throughout the world. These services include annual inspection and calibration of tank monitoring systems as well as fuels testing and cleaning for diesel and gasoline storage tanks.
